How we work?

My perfect wedding always guarantees you the best price-performance ratio for what your heart desires, let us explain how: as handling a large volume of customers we get very good prices for our weddings in Tenerife from our suppliers, photographers, flower shops, venues, caterers, etc. We pass these discounts directly to our customers in the quotes we offer, and in this way we can guarantee you the best price.

We work on a fixed rate (minimum € 499,-) . To keep it simple for you, consider 10% of your total budget as our fee. We will negotiate the best price on your behalf; all discounts are always passed directly to our clients, so with these savings our fee is almost covered.

How we handle wedding inquiries:

Step 1: You contact us through our contact form.

Step 2: We will send you our brochure with venues that we work with and with which we have had excellent experiences.

Step 3: You choose your three preferred venues.

Step 4: We will send you more information about your top 3 wedding venues.

Step 5: Then if you wish to receive even more detailed information (personalized quotation) about one, two or even all three venues, that´s the time we start working exclusively on your behalf.

At this time we may ask you for a Service Agreement.

Why do we ask for a Service Agreement?

a)    We start to negotiate on your behalf with providers, venues and all the other suppliers to give you a specific quotation for your personal desires; for one, two or even three venues of your choice. You will receive a specific quotation adapted to your wishes, needs and budget.
b)    If you come over to Tenerife before starting the planning period, you will be able to take a guided tour to view your three preferred venues.
c)    Any of your questions will be answered by email or even in a Skype conversation (maximum 1 hour).

Step 6: After receiving your personalised quotation and getting an idea of what your wedding abroad could be like, and of course after reviewing and refining the details until you are satisfied that it fulfills your desires, we would be pleased to receive your confirmation of the final quotation duly signed; and we will be very pleased to handle your wedding or event.
